Filings, notices, briefs, proceedings, lawsuits, appeals and other filings before tax authorities and courts.
Notarial, brokerage and registry
All types of deed drafting or formalization and registrations before SHCP, SAT, SECOFI, SRE, the Public Registry, finance offices, notaries public, public brokers, real estate, etc.
Foreign investment
All types of filings and dealings before the relevant authorities, as well as within the company, to regulate and address the rules required for the investment.

We could carry out any of the systems described below within your company, including the possibility of combining two or more systems across one or more legal areas, as required.
Flat retainers
Through this system we provide all our services, from simple advisory to judicial, administrative and/or out-of-court proceedings, for a limited number of matters entrusted to us. In exchange, fixed payments are set, which could be monthly, bimonthly, semiannual, etc.
Percentages
This system lets us set an agreed percentage of the amounts, sums, principal or interest that your company recovers, whether out of court, administratively or judicially.
Filings
Covers payment for each filing, proceeding, brief or record, within or outside any procedure or process, so you can keep closer control and follow-up of every decision made.
Stages
Procedures are generally divided into several stages, and we can agree that the agreed amount is paid at the start or end of each stage.
Lawsuits
There are several types of matters that could be brought before different authorities, involving processes for which the fee per matter would be fixed, covering everything from the start to the conclusion or settlement of the case.
Training
For training areas, we take into account the number of hours and the number of people to be trained.
